spends?
- According to the article, what does Amendment 23 have to do with Referendum C?
- Scaling the problem: Suppose you worked for a company with a TABOR-like spending
limit on your income that required you to return to your employer any amounts
you earned over the limit. The limit is determined by taking the lesser of
- your previous year income plus 3%
- your previous year spending
plus 3%.
Suppose your spending limit was $25,000 in 2003
but your total earnings were only $23,500 in 2003. What
would your spending limit be for 2004? What would happen if you earned $30,000 in 2004?
